Regulatory Affairs Manager - Food Enzymes

Educated as a Food Engineer from Polytech'Montpellier, France with a speciality in dairy science from Copenhagen University, Denmark, I am working since 2007 as Regulatory Affairs Manager in Danisco, an international company which is today part of DuPont.

In the daily, I ensure that our food enzymes products are in compliance with the different regulations worldwide (specalised in European incl. national countries and Australian Legislation) and I provide the needed regulatory documentation to national authorities to commercialise new products. A challenging part of my work consists in meeting with competitors and legislators, e.g. via trade associations to influence the upcoming legislation to make it applicable in practice as well as beneficial for the consumers, customers and the industry. I recently chose to follow a PostGraduate Certificate in European Law from Leicester, UK to further develop my knowledge in European Law.

In my free time, I am taking care of my family (married and mum of a little girl). Native from South Bretagne in France, I live in Denmark since 2005. Our daily life is therefore a constant mix of culturesand languages. I also enjoy visiting new countries, playing basket ball, music (keyboard and violin) and building small-scale models.
